Yellow bird

I had a dream last night, first one i can remember in a few weeks Yes there seems to be a yellow theme so am wondering if there is a connection, only i can't think of it.
Anyhow i was at home (only it wasn't my home) there was a birdcage in the corner like a canary but a bit bigger it was yellow.
Suddenly a cat wandered in (it belonged to the persons whose house it was, they owned the bird as well), went for the bird, the bird flew out in a panic (obviously) the cat scapered somewhere and all we had was a bird flying round in a panic.
There was me trying to catch it, the bird went into the bathroom, i followed, held out my hand, the bird then flew to my hand and stood on it (obviously trusted me) and then i took it back to its cage.
